I've been working too hard again ! Pearson to the bench, and hold on to the cat in case we need something to kick later !

Heffernan had no interest when he was at the club so there is no point forcing him to play. If things get desperate Saunders and Acton could play. People always assume goalkeepers are only capable of playing in goal.

I'll definitely be having a few quid on Stuart Coburn getting a hat trick. :D

Do you think GH will pull out one of his super loan signings in time for Sat?

Someone good enough to improve our chances, but whose club would be willing to let us cup-tie them? That might be beyond even the legendary GH.

Someone who has already been knocked out

Or an U18 player who is not likely to part of the senior team?  Shotton was in that category.

But then that player would be cup-tied, wouldn't they? Unless the were failing to get a game for a BSN side or lower.

Maybe someone who was injured or had to go to a wedding or something, or possibly someone who signed after they got knocked out. These lower league clubs change players more often than they change their socks.

We'd better hope Rod can put in a shift on the bench, otherwise we just might need that cat. According to the Club Site, Pearson is bloody cup tied !
