A POLICE force facing cuts was dubbed “heavy-handed” yesterday after three officers went to tell off two boys for playing street football.
Henry Worthington, 12, and his brother Alex, 11, were also warned they could get Asbos.
Their father Anthony, 43, of Timperley, Greater Manchester, was told by council officials that his sons could be in breach of an act which outlaws ball games.

Noise nuisance!!! It's crazy but unfortunatly if people on this forum are moaning about noises like drums at a football ground then what chance do those kids have of banging a ball against someones wall?  There is a national tolerance problem to noise and always has been, its in our nature..Churchill hated it too!! In Brazil they just let the kids play anytime anywhere
