I agree........please give Colin the appreciation he deserves by being 'there' for the presentation.

30% because of a sign....people are out less often at the moment. Could try charging less than £3 for half a lager

Well p**ssed off about this. I am over 90 minutes drive away at relatives and the three of us had hoped to rush to the game after Christmas dinner..........we will now not be attending the game.

The game is the day after Mick, I'm pretty sure you've time for a snooze before you set off.

Two sets of family in two different places = two Christmas days for me !

I reckon this will lose Vics money. There will be plenty of local floaters who won't attend a noon kick-off as well as visiting supporters who either cannot make it or those who would prefer Boxing Day dinner followed by the Great Escape

Altrincham FC First Team / Grays

I like Grays and wish them well, their Chairman is a good friend of AFC, but we all know they have spent big over several seasons.
They have had some great times whilst it has lasted; 2 FA Trophy wins and just missing out on the Football League. However it looks like they have problems now that the novelty has worn off with the big money backers.

If true it will be interesting to see which players stick it out on lower wages and which choose to leave. That is assuming that there is not a third option, i.e refuse to accept a paycut and then sue for breach of contract.

Don't worry Mrs Band...........he is just another indvidual hiding behind a pseudonym that knows all the answers.

I have been dissapointed watching the events of the last few days unfold and see good points being made from all sides of the fence, however what is clear is that the recent events have the possibility to destroy the club. Some of the criticism is valid, but some of the malice behind it is totally uncalled for.

The fundamental problem with the club lays with the people of the town. That might sound harsh, but the reality is that not enough people in Altrincham want to come and watch. I think if the town had a top 10 Conference team, then with all the other things to do, attendances would still not average much more than 1400 per game. This is not enough to sustain success at this level without a benefactor.

Hatchets need to buried for now and we need to get behind the team, each other, the stewards, the board and the management. Can we get back to football please.

Forget all that stuff - it's meaningless. Keep it simple; we need to average at least a point per game to stay up. Hence we are behind target.

Disgusting price. If I lived in Alty I wouldn't pay that, never mind with the travel expenses involved.

I do find it odd that the County FA have the right to tell clubs what to charge. Alty aren't going to sell tickets at a price that will involve them taking less money for f**k's sake. 500 crowd at a fiver is £2,500. 100 crowd at 12 quid is £1,200. The two clubs should ask the FA for compensation if it's a rubbish crowd in my opinion.

Get in the real world...........if the ticket price was £5 the attendance for a CSC cup game would be no more than 200 people.......which equates to a loss when measured against 100 people at £12.

BSN : We finished in a play-off place and won the 'play-offs'. Hence have every right to be promoted !
