McAliskey looks limited, but I think the fact we actually had someone who could challenge for the long ball played an important part in our first half domination. He's no Dale Johnson, but I think he'll come in useful.

Well done John, you put in a reasonable shift yesterday.

I hope he turns out to be a good signing, and stays at the club because I'd love it if that chant continued. It's brilliant!

Fantastic support that yesterday, we may be small in number but we can make some noise.

Yesterday was a true example of the 12th man, we got behind the lads from the first minute to the last and they responded with a gutsy and decent performance, we were well worth the 3 points!

Thought Densmore was outstanding down the right.

Probably had his best game of the season What a brilliant ball in it was for the first. Although their left back was shocking, Densmore and Senior kept raping him, and at one point allowed Densmore to run with the ball from the halfway line to level with the area, kept backing off.

Yeah we exposed them time and again down the right didn't we, particularly in the first half!

I think he fell over about three times after being ties in knots.

Densmores cross for the first was sublime

Really enjoyed yesterday, it felt like the singing never stopped and they had nothing in return, thanks to all for a brilliant time  :) :)

Just back from a visit to Anglesey (wet and Windy as usual) over the weekend (via Chester yesterday)  Great support and a brilliant result.. See you at Tamworth on Tues for more of the same please lads. The team travels better than one of Mr Goodwins coaches this season  ;)

Hang on...If there's only one team in Cheshire as the fans were singing, then won't the Cheshire Senior Cup be a little boring? Sorry, it had to be said...
