The board members' details on the official website are correct (though Bill Waterson and Mike Adams respectively have yet to have their images added).

Neil Tolson remains listed as Football Development Officer, as far as I can see:

Mike Adams was announced at the strategic review as a new associate director rather than a full director as he's listed here. Not that I know the difference.
