Phil Taylor tweeted it from his own Twitter account. The journalist just read it and commented.

Harvey got sacked because the majority of players thought he was a nob and the training sessions were a joke. To the exyent that they were better under Youngs reign. Sacking him was fully justified.
It doesnt matter one jot who sees it out to end of season we are going down.
MD needs to prove himself as a manager and yesterday did him no favours. Playing Goodall is last resort gear and pout McDonald up front is a farce. Most of the players with the exception of Hannigan (who was excellant) & Reeves (who didnt touch the ball) were dreadful.
10 or so games really isn't enough to turn round a team which is irretrievably fooked.
It's more than enough to find a formation.
Jim Harvey signed utter rubbish. We're rock bottom and just lost away to one of the better teams in the league.
Maybe it's time we all stopped believing we've got a god given right to be in this league and started getting real. Clubs like us go up and down, this time the down is longer. I've given up blaming people, I'll stick to supporting.
I think we all got a bit deluded with our penultimate season in the conf believing we had a divine right to be a top non league club. We don't, we're average sized at best this season with a fanbase dining out on former glories. Just accept it and get on with the fight.
We will soon be playing at our lowest ever level
And who knows maybe we don't have the right to be at that level either
Whythenshawe park anyone ?
We were at that same level in 2003-4 when we scraped into Conference North with a streaky win over Runcorn in the last game of the season.
Of the other 22 teams in that division, 15 are still there, or have either fallen further or gone to the wall.
Things still have some way to go before we can say worst ever.....I just wish I had confidence that we can avoid that ignominy.
So how many games will you give Doughty?I think it isn't the time for this. The board have made mistakes but not in the last few weeks. Time to get behind the team, buzz deserves a bit of time. There have been numerous times when the board should have been questioned and considered their positions this year, sacking Jim Harvey could well prove to be a mistake in the long term, we'll maybe never know. Buzz will get time because we are a family club and the board will support him regardless of how well he does. For me they need to get an experienced manager in to start planning for next season, if we haven't taken at least 3 points from FC United and I don't mean GH. He wasn't the answer 6 years ago and he certainly isn't now. Jim Harvey should have had that opportunity - but Rowley sacked him to deflect any negativity towards him.
Jim had ten or so games fella.....................3 points away at a very poor Stalybridge and no sign of improvement from the NY team.........what you on?
