Does anyone know if the two signings due to be announced at the end of last week are still happening? I assume Chris Senior was one of them but that still leaves another one.

I realise there is no immediate rush but with the club saying an announcement was due on friday I was just a bit curious as to what had happened.

Anyone else heard anything.

The SAM article - (GH looking to younger players to be the future of the club) - seems to suggest GH is interested in 1 or more of the young triallists.

I think that Chris Baguley looks quite good. I was impressed with James Gaysham (sp) after he came on against Rotherham

From what i have seen Baguely looks good. Did not go to united or rotherham matches but, apart form coo, are any of the trialists defenders?

Having seen the three home friendlies to date, my honest assessment would be that only Chris Baguley looks to have any real potential.

I agree that Chris Baguely looks like the only trialist worth signing at this stage. Does anybody know if Anthony Tonkin was the left back we were linked to, until he grabbed FGRs cash.
