Dear all,

10km RUN TIME IS HERE - roll on Sunday.

Having gone from 14st4 to 12st2 and hopefully another 3lbs by Sunday I am ready for the race, those who know me will know how much effort i have put into this since the 2nd January 2013, when I literally couldnt run for 1 mins and had to return home with crap and aches.

My left leg is not good (due to training - pulled muscles and ligaments) and i will definately be hobbling around the course so beating my PB of 62.54, in training, will be almost impossible, but who knows......got another massage booked in tomorrow night.

If there are any last people who would like to sponsor me please visit my justgiving page - even £1 in aid of St Ann's Hospice would be appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Jenga.
