If id spotted a fan of our local rivals doing this to moss lane, I would clearly push that ladder, no doubt about it

I know I always laughed and said "You'll all be watching Kettering soon" when we used to play them but I did not expect them to actually have to not move from their seats to do that.

I only hope that Kettering find the place too big sustain and struggle into nothingness.

Is Sammy Mac going to make an appearance, ambulance chasing t*at.

there will be plenty of financial headaches moving into a place that big, a fair distance from your fan base.  Short term answer but has next to no chance of being a long term solution to KTFCs problems.  They could prove me wrong by getting a place in the footy league and then...

I've not forgotten how they sprung up over night and decided to be a league club. People bought into it and lost interest. It's not like the two original clubs had any soul left in the entity that was nene park.

Don't find it that appalling. At least a genuine football club will finally benefit from what was always a White elephant. Even if it is Kettering and their mad leader.

TBH you can't blame Ladak and KTFC from taking this opportunity to get out of the ground pickle they were in, even if it's way out of town. The big question now is will it work?

I do feel sorry for R&D fans, but the club was pretty plastic and had no real historical base but I admired what Max Griggs tried to build, (and I know a lot about it as I met him a few times and he personally showed me around Nene Park in the early days and he was clearly a great guy who deserved to succeed),.... and if he hadnt gone and left the club to be run by total numpties it probably would still be around now.

I'm sure most would agree that we found many of the R&D fans who came to away games at Alty to be a pretty miserable classless bunch, so I wouldnt mind betting quite a few of them end up supporting KTFC (or Corby) anyway, rather than starting again, and I dont mean that as a slur against KTFC, just the people. I believe Northampton Town have offered to take R&D season ticket holders, I assume at the same price they were due to pay R&D.

Whatever you think, by the middle of the next season it will become clear if it will work or not, if it doesnt I can see another Rectum happening. But I think it probably will work and Kettering will probably do quite well. It is crass, but it isnt illegal and Ladak is an opportunist and you cant really slag him off for that.

I wonder how that youth player feels now, the one with the stupid hair cut that gave us all grief.  ;D
