All good fun with the Barrow lot tonight...........fair play to them for travelling down in numbers (nearly 300 of them) tonight..........Helped us out on the attendance front, but then again they are a 'proper' NL club.

Some fantastic 'put-downs' from the home support tonight too......."Is your house pebble dashed" was particularly funny. It soon stopped the "going down with the Histon chants".

Yeah that was a nice touch...although can't take all the credit for that.  It was Alan Brotherton and myself that decided to invite him down and spoil the next 8 years of his life.
