ours wasn't. was great fun though. shame that couldnt happen at a forest green v tamworth match. take out sneakey peakey mark cooper an a few (or all) of the players. that would make great tv. most alty fans would want a copy of that to go with northwich and barnet games.  ;D

It was bloody windy.

A guy working on a building at the University was blown through a window, several (I think 4) people in the North West were killed as a result of the weather, it took me 1 hr 40 minutes to do a 25 minute journey from Manchester to Sale and then when I got home it had blown half a door and about a quarter of the roof off my garage. I went out to get stuff to repair it and a 5 minute drive from Timperley to Sale took me 35 minutes - deep, deep unhappiness prevails :'( :'( :'(

Hey ATS - always remember Cousin Worseoff

I could write a whole essay on my 7+ hour trip yesterday to the delightful Nottingham town of Newark

The debris was strill evident on my way back today - including one of those speed signs that light up when you're going at the right speed or too fast - completely chopped off at the middle of the post - unbelievable, glad it was dark when I passed it last night.

I won't tell you about the sheep that I saw flying about in the fields  ;D
