According to the beeb, Cardiff boss Mackay said he was not too disheartened about the result after picking a young side that included nine players aged under 20 among the 11 on the pitch at the final whistle.

Northwich Vics are a far bigger club than the sheep shaggers, our rivarly is with you not them  ;)

Please read this slowly. This is an Alty website for topics about Alty. The game Alty fans were most interested in today was Alty v Harrogate and our achievement in getting into the play-off positions. Having said that, if league clubs put their Reserve/Youth teams out against us, we would probably still be in the FA Cup and not in the top 5. You can discuss Macc when we play them next season and if as you pray we dont get promoted, you could then switch your fancy to County against us next term.

We didn't mention your 3-1 win at Loughborough Dynamo either.

Should you really be on here knobbing around like a tit?

I'd be annoyed if we played Loughborough Dynamo in a pre-season friendly.

I'm happy for Macc, it's taken them so long to get to the 4th round and beat a 2nd tier side, they must be really chuffed tonight.

They beat a second tier CLUB, not a second tier SIDE.

That's what I meant but I guess it worked on both levels. Poor old macc

Quite frankly I resent any other non-league team performing giant killings - Macc or Vics moreso!

To perform giant killings, first draw a giant  ;)

Quite ironic that Luton go to Norwich branded as giant killers. When I were nobbut a wee lad, Luton played in the Final as a top flight club, while Norwich were in the old Third Division.

And of course, Macc and Wigan are old Cheshire League rivals.
