It's all about scale ffs. There won't be a rush of players released by league clubs who want to drop three divisions. We're fortunate that ANYBODY wants to come here after last season. I'm happy with what I'm seeing so far in terms of building a squad capable of coming straight back up. I'm still not happy with some of the off the pitch stuff.

if these players get us up then PP is fully vindicated in signing from Connahs Quay. Once up then it may be we need another set of blokes. One thing at a time though.   I'm not overly optimistic, thats been beaten out of me over the last year and a half.

I'm cautiously optimistic regarding the managerial appointment and player recruitment, but with no change of leadership and no investment, we simply won't progress.

Short and Disney are not included in JL's list of recently-signed players. I assume this is just an oversight? Or are we awaiting international clearance? He will have had an enormous amount to catch up on since he got back.
