Yes for footballing and management of the team reasons.

(There is a poll though so people can be anonymous if they want)

NO... I think he should stay, it's not like he's purposely trying to get us relegated, he deserves time to sort this mess out. People have bad periods, teams have bad periods but i don't think that getting rid of GH will solve our problems. He deserves to be the manager in my opinion. The last 2 seasons have proved that for me. Let's not forget that he is the one that built a side capable of really competing in this league. We will turn this round. It amazes me that some people are calling for his head so early on after bringing us forward  so much in the last few years.

No. I note that those that say yes havent come up with a realistic and workable alternative.

But then again, those who say "no" haven't suggested how he can get us out of the mire with his present mindset.

No.
History shows that changing the manager rarely fixes the problems of a struggling team. He's may not have the attitude we'd like to see at the moment but he has the knowledge and experience at this level to get us going again.

BTW. So far we've only played one team who are currently in the bottom half.
We've made a very poor start and the rest of the season is going to be a struggle but the way I see it we are now in a mini-league with the current bottom 7 and we haven't played any of them. Let's see how we get on on Saturday....

Yes.

GH step aside, Ken in charge and let people apply for the job.

Worst case scenario Ken takes over because nobody wants it. But lets face facts, GG would not go behind GH's back and tout other managers whilst he is still in charge so there is no way of knowing who will want to manage alty. I believe that there are loads of ex-pro's with top quals itching to get into management. They know how to get the ball down and play and quite often a name will bring young players in because they think they will learn from the pedigree.

It cant get much worse than 1 point from 8 games, so I dont believe for a minute that we have no alternative. The thinking on here can be ridiculous at times, we have (me included) become so narrow minded to think that nobody could possibly ever improve on GH's efforts. In the workplace theres always someone ready to do better than you, and manager of alty is by a long stretch no different.
