A tragic draw for us all after our efforts to get this far.

A souless breeze block ground and what do they get at home, 2k I'd guess so our cut of the gate receipts won't be that great either.

At least Burton has some decent boozers if nothing else.

No not the best draw but not the worst either seeing as we are destined to always be away, Crawley, Aldershot, Stevenage, Mansfield , Guiseley, Barrow etc? Better than any of those, good drinking town plus easy access to Derby later on for a few more for those who like that sort of thing.

Their squad list contains a lot of familiar names from our conference national days. Unfortunately they seem good at home with a good defence, but hardly prolific scorers. We do have a chance, just not a big one! Great beer though.

Would be absolutely bizarre if that was the case. Surely as a football league club they need to have stewarding arrangements that don't depend on another club?

I may well be wrong, but I don't think Burton and Derby play home league matches on the same day.

Not sure what I'm most dissapointed with, the opposition or fact we're away again!

On reflection it could be worse and our away form is very good, so a draw would be welcome.

Bradford City, Preston North End, Tranmere Rovers , Carlisle United, Yeovil Town were all still in the pot.  Really thought a game on TV might be on the cards here.

Its a draw where you think bollocks at the start but the more you get used to the idea the better it becomes putting a brave face on it

Friday night at Burton might just well suit us.

I may well be wrong, but I don't think Burton and Derby play home league matches on the same day.

Looks like this is true. I've had a glance at the two teams' fixture lists and, for example, Burton are playing Accrington at home on Sunday 9th December. Derby are at home the day before.
So I think the game could well be played on the Sunday.

Sunday would work great for me whereas Saturday I would not be able to be there. Fingers crossed....
