Don't forget that Altrincham FC Youth take on Irlam FC in the FA Youth Cup, 1st Qualifying Round, tonight at the J. Davidson Stadium (7.45pm). Admission is just £3 for adults and £2 for concessionaries so please come along and support the under-18 team.
Altrincham currently lie fourth in the NWYA Premier whilst Irlam FC are fourth in the NWYA Second Division. Irlam FC are distinct from Irlam Town and were founded in 1969 as Mitchell Shackleton Football Club. Irlam FC's first team plays in the NW Counties League, Division One. The winners of the tie will be away to Chester FC in the next round.

Inept refereeing even at this level, well done to Irlam thought .

Don't tell me the referee has lost us the game AGAIN! I was there, didn't see much wrong, saw two sets of lads working their wotsits off until some of them couldn't run anymore. shame the subs Alty brought on weren't as good as the players that went off. The lad who came on down the left wing didn't know whether to do what his dad told him or what his team mates told him. Very enjoyable game played at a high tempo.

Not saying he cost us the game at all , was as bad for both teams .
