Problem not entirely of Neil Tolson's making

He was given an opportunity to the manage the team when Sinnott walked - and like most of us would - he took it

He must have thought he had a chance to keep us up ?

He then inherits Sinnott's team (and maybe his own?), which with several key players missing, is just not good enough and hasn't been since Christmas.
not true he said on appoitment he was not sure that he could keep us up, yet still gets appointed. At least we a nice club and reward loyalty

Yes I concede if that is the case

I think what I would have been better saying, is that with the squad we have, Alex Ferguson or Claudio Ranieri would not keep us up   ::)

Its totally shocking what has happened at this club in the last 2 months, I honestly think it will take decades to get over this

May as well given Phil Taylor the job, no difference whatsoever!!!!

Any other ownership and there would be demonstrations and calls to sack the board - fact

45 left you never know? Have you seen the stats? We haven't managed a shot on target? And only 1 off target? Absolute joke! Torquay 2nd goal will come soon after half time! Absolute disgrace! We are doomed!

I just can't wait to get relegated and for the board to invite Lee Sinnott back to be the manager

the 2 leaders you use are actually great examples to use to show what can be achieved by someone with a squad that on paper should not win the leauge claudio is doing it now and fergie did it in his last season as well.
They get more out of players than others can. Success is not always about having just the best people its about how you lead them and inspire them to believe that they can achieve more than they ever thought possible.
So i actually believe if we had made a positive change things could have been different
