"Contracts only run for a season-long basis at Altrincham."

If only that had been true in the case of one M Twiss Esq....!

It seems both stevenage and Rotherham have joined the hunt, Stevenage is actually a pretty easy commute from Doncaster, seems a well known football agent is now involved, so that would suggest the little hope we had of him staying is effectively over

However, we can't really replace him until he's gone, what if no players leave doncaster etc and this drags on for weeks and then eventually we lose him, a quick solution to this one os better for everyone

That'll be Doncaster that have pissed him off, I'd have thought.

The tone of that tweet suggests he may be lowering his sights a bit. Conference promotion-chaser, perhaps?

I heard he had a trial at Kilmarnock - he could walk into their side and play Celtic and Rangers

I once had a trial at Kilmarnock too - the sheriff's court!

Yes, we still have sheriffs in Scotland! Just in case there are rustlers in town!

He said a few tweets later:
wanted to play in the league but doesn't seem like its going to happen

If he wants to play in the league and can't get a club, surely the next best thing would be to go and win the league with Wrexham next season and earn it the hard way? That's what I'd be saying to him if I was the Wrexham manager, anyway! I still can't believe nobody in the football league wants to have a look at him. When you consider how good his partnership with Redshaw was last season, I would have thought Morecambe might take him on trial at the very least.

Kenny not playing him for 2 months suggests he doesn't think much of his all round game. It's clear that his 44 goals in the BSN alone aren't enough to convinve league managers (because it's his first really consistent season). I think really his choice is to try and do the same in the BSP someone or spend between now and xmas scoring goals in the BSN to rpove it wasn't a fluke.

I know what he should effing do, but he'd be the first footballer in history to do it...

He should come back to Alty...that's what he should do.

Where he will be paid as much as we can pay, get it every week, be worshipped and also make grown men dance in the street on hearing of his return.

Come on Reevesy...you know it makes sense lad.
