Didn't realise he was only 26, thought Lewis was one of the best midfielders we had in the 2000's.  Not far behind Ian Craney & sounds like his career has stalled somewhat.

seconded.

Not seen Duncan Watmore actually play yet but from reports on here I'm expecting to see quality well above Lewis.

Chalmers obviously needs game time, something he'll definately get at Radcliffe as opposed to possibly at this level.

I thought it odd he went back to Macc on trial in the summer after they released him but hey ho.

Might need to keep tabs on this one though if we can't sort out Jake Moult's situation after his loan expires in mid November.

I don't think he was disloyal, I just think Aldershot offered him something we couldn't. I say good luck to him, he went and won a Conference title. I don't think he ever gave less than his best for us so I've got no axe to grind with him.

Do you mean on the bench for FCUM or Radcliffe?

We should really try sign Chalmers though! I can't remember much from him as i was young but i do remember a quality throw he had and a creative player.

FCUM Twitter "Another new boy on the bench today is Lewis Chalmers. Last club Macclesfield. Holding midfielder."
