And maybe we could have a concert in the close season - heavy metal, naturally.

I was hoping we would rename the ground "The Totty's Lap Dancing Club Arena", but maybe that was over optimistic.

The team could run out to "Doing That Scrapyard Thing" by Cream. And maybe we could have a concert in the close season - heavy metal, naturally.

Or the Lonnie Donegan classic " Any old iron, any old iron"  ;) ;) ;)

I might see you there, Steve. Fifth time for me (dating back to 1987 at the NEC).

I was going to go to that but the ticket prices are stupid. They were about 70 quid! Ah well.

I'd heard sales were very slow this tme round (probably because it's the third tour in succession to hit Manchester). Might be worth seeing what's on offer at the last minute, or screw over the touts on the night!

Also some rumours that Peart wants to knock touring on the head, so this might be the last chance to see them live.

Busy week for me next week, I'm back at the MEN the day after to watch Roger Waters perform The Wall, too.
