From the "Said and Done" column in today's Observer :

Switzerland : Neuchatel Xamax owner Bulat Chagaev says that claims of his sending armed bodyguards into his side's dressing room after a disappointing draw to "cause some terror" are unreasonable.

"I do not need weapons to scare these players. I regret nothing about how I act. Rest assured, I feel good."

It didn't work for Saddam did it? When he executed most of the Iraqi players when they didn't qualify for the World Cup.
