GOT AWAY WITH IT?!

£5.5m!!!!!!!!

Chelsea got £200k fine for breaking the rules. Liverpool got £20k for the same. West Ham get £5.5m!

The touble is that it is the fans who will pay the £5.5m through increased ticket prices.
