Away win for me. Eastbourne aren't too bad at home and will probably stay up on home form but i think Hayes are just gash and will almost certainly be fighting with us to stay up.

Draw,
A win for Hayes is 3 points and confidence boost
A away win is an extra 3 points for Eastbourne and they may be with us later on in the season

A draw will mean two side gain a single point therefore does neither a favour.
Keeps them on less points

However a big away win would be ok as it may destroy what's left of Hayes fight and morale

Ideally a draw, or a 5+ win to Eastbourne

I fully understand the preference for a draw with Hayes and Eastbourne ... However it will be the performances by Alty that will ultimately determine whether or not we get out of the current mess we are in........

That's true, our performances will be the bggest factor however - if we're rubbish - and there's 4 team worse then we stay up :)

If you think about it - Eastbourne beat us, we beat h/y - so if h/y beat Eastbourne tonight , then surely means the points they dropped vs us are gained back (if that makes sense?)

8-0 Eastbourne so we wont have the worst result of the season :D

At this moment in time I would like Eastbourne to win. A Hayes victory would leave us even more isolated at the bottom and, psychologically, the sooner we get off the foot of the table the better! Also, Hayes will see this as a good chance to pick up points, so if they lose it will be a real blow to their confidence.

Whichever way it goes tonight, it' still very much in our own hands to get out of this position as long as we can improve quickly.

Is that the worst ever conference attendance????

I know its cold, but bloody hell 190 is awful.
