i know and understand that the fans are getting frustrated at graham for his selection of the team but as fans, it is our job to get behind the 11 players, no matter who they are, in red and white and give them some support, because at the end of the day, it is grahams job to pick the team and he knows the players better than anyone of us here. Maybe he knows that some of the players have that extra bit inside them and that maybe some players are fitter than others, like maybe robbie can last 90 minutes wheras pottsy may only last about 60 and at the end of the day, as a manager you have to pick the strongest team that will last for as long as possible with only 3 changes and we have to think about this. Our negativity may stem from the fact that, at the end of the day, oxford are a lot better than us and the most we could have expected anyway out of them was a point so for the next match lets just get behind the team.

Oxford were certainly not better than us in the first half. If the problem is a lack of fitness Graham has to do something about it. Get the players in for extra training or improve the training method. 99.9% of fans support the manager completely, but you can't keep plodding on with a system that clearly isn't working.
