Seems to me they pay to get in the stand, go for a half time drink and then can't get back in their seat. Games are either segregated or they are not. I like standing on the Chequers End terrace. Maybe next game i'll just pay to go in the away end.

The answer is to make all away fans enter through the away turnstiles, the charge them a lot extra if they want to sit. This happens at many away games we go to.

It is obvious how they get in.......as long as they didn't wave their Wrexham scarves in the turnstile operators face and say "there's lovely".....or similar for whoever we are playing...

The problem has been (in my experience) getting them shifted once they congregate in a group.....and are clearly up for mischief.

normally of course it's not a problem and indeed many games become unsegregated which is generally applauded by most.

The answer long term is seats behind the goal with terracing above it like at macclesfield, anyone then found to be in any other section of the ground should be either escorted to the away end of ejected. There seems to be reoccurring them amongst ex fl clubs supporters that they can just go where they want. Until a roof and seats is made available specifically for travelling supporters you'll always have this problem

I am absolutely against putting a roof on the Chequers End. The suggestions of putting some seating in the away section has some merit to it but isn't top of the list of ground improvements.

If we put a roof on the away end we'd get rid of the daft situation where home supporters are shuffled all the way down the Popular Side so that away supporters don't get wet.

Anyway, I suspect getting a roof on the Chequers End might not be the easiest thing to do in terms of planning.

I strongly suspect that a roof any higher than the existing terrace would struggle to get planning consent as the people in the housing behind would have good grounds for complaint.

Somehow there should be segregation in the seating area, We ended up with Wrexham fans around us on Saturday, smug they were with there snide comments. One day there will be trouble. It spoilt it for me on Saturday along with the performance.

Arsed

In the past few years, home fans have been assaulted by away fans that have infiltrated our section of the ground. You should be arsed.

There is room to put a very small covered stand on the front of the flat section between the away end and the family stand with space for disabled supporters and carers on the front row and a row or two of seats behind which could be limited for supporters who have difficulty in standing for long periods.
