...plus added bonus of another match fans can attend, when re-arranged, if get tier2 ok on Dec16th...
I'm sure Woking would much prefer playing tomorrow night in tumbleweed JDS than coming on another all home fans Tuesday.

Another awful forecast for tomorrow can see this been postponed by lunchtime tomorrow.
Expecting a precautionary pitch inspection announcement sometime tomorrow morning followed by a match postponement and further discussions about drainage.

He never replied to an email I sent to him last year.
He doesn’t care,  he knows he will get voted in every year.
His job must be the easiest in the country. He Knows he will never get voted out.

I had high hopes of Labour swing in 2024; until this abstaining votes this morning on tier system by Labour.
I was aghast when Starmer made a press statement condemning the government for ruining businesses and the economy. I honestly believe he is under the impression that abstaining from voting is the same as voting against.

I’d prefer to spend any budget for the development of an app on players. We’re not a virtual reality football team. The IT we have is sufficient until we’re in the premiership.
So 2024 then 🤣
we’re following in Wigan’s footsteps 👣🙄

If I can't attend when we host Stockport because I have an 'SK' post code I will be one unhappy bunny.
Hares hopping you’ll be ok 🐇🐇🐇

I'm hoping that there will be clear comms from the club regarding singing etc.

Some clubs have chanted and sang for 90 minutes. Some. Just applauded
I’m expecting government guidance with regard to which songs we can sing, at what volume and regularity. We need some clarification about how to clap and offer encouragement to our team. Do the hand washing directives apply on a Tuesday?

I'm not sure as many as 2000 will be allowed to attend if County is the first game back .Also anyone with a SK postcode shouldnt be allowed to buy a ticket ? Maybe the Stockport based Alty fans would have to contact the club ?

What about the Chester based Alty fans (with season tickets)? 😏😎
You could always go and watch JJ perhaps.

What if you’ve a bit of a soft spot for D & R and also don’t want to go shopping with the missus? Asking for a friend.

You're best not shopping. Any time. Ever.
I’ll pass your advice onto my friend 🤥

Can the club move with the times and create a smartphone app rather than begging for website views? That way the app could notify users of new posts and league scores.
steady on. It’s only a few seasons ago it was cheque or cash to buy a season ticket🤭

It’s one thing playing behind closed doors when everyone’s doing it. The majority of clubs in this league are in tier 2. They’d be delighted to come to Alty and play in a next to empty stadium then play their next game back home with up to 2000 home fans only.
The integrity of the competition is called into question. As it happens we have played more games than anyone else we are better equipped to deal with this. The unfairness of the tier system will be highlighted next Saturday when we travel to Dagenham with far worse covid stats than us but will have the benefit of home only support of up to 2K.
We can start on a level playing field if next Tuesdays game is scrapped too. Roll off Tuesday.
PS If sense prevails on 16th Dec and we are tier 2.

Gutted...

However, guess on plus side if fans allowed back from Dec16 review onwards (if drop to tier2) then it's an extra home game for us all to go to in person when the match is re-arranged...
My thoughts exactly

Been a while since the last injury update, is there any indication of when these players might be available?

Hampson
Mallarky
Williams
Mooney
Best time could be when the opposition manager is handed the opponent’s team sheet an hour before kick off.

I would rather we refrained from making suggestions like this, someone may take us up on the idea. We should do all we can to keep Phil and Neil, best management team we have had for ages now. If anything, extend their contracts further.
Absolutely agree. If PP, NS and all the backroom staff were to leave we’d be screwed. We’ve an excellent board with expertise above and beyond what we’ve ever had before. They’re progressive and talented people, but to replace all PP’s entourage with like for like would be a monumental, if not impossible, task. If anyone asks, they’re all pants.

Rob E's first-ever presentation said we had a plan should PP/NS be poached away, to stick to the style of football.
Sticking to the style of football is six words. Finding the people of suitable calibre in each and every post is the monumental task we’d face, with no guarantee of being able to either find or afford such comparable talent. We struck gold with the present incumbents. They don’t come along on a regular basis.

The task is easier being a conference club on the up.

The task of recruitment is easier if you're always on the look out, rather than being starting standing - as proven by the loss of Jordan.
You’ve put my mind at rest.
