are they going where they are currently if so will they obstruct view still? or are they going in 4 corners with less potential viewing problems ?

I think a post below says 8 pylons so I would assume they'll go where the current ones are.

4 corner lights would be great but I imagine the pylons might need to be higher to spread the light across the whole pitch, hence the 8 pylons, planning permission would be tricky knowing the locals who obviously never noticed the ground when they bought their houses.

Having said that there is also the consideration that flats are to be built behind the Chequers end,I assume 3 storey minimum, they will shield some light but depends on orientation where the flat windows face.

Besides, there are things called curtains!

Mainley going in the same places but the ones nearest each end i:e 20/20 Golf rd  are going to be moved nearer the goal lines

I find that if you stand behind the snack bar, the view from there is also shocking.  Lets hope they move them when the second phase is done.

I find that when Alty play Tamworth, standing behind the snack bar is frequently the best option....
