GH was stood at the door as we left, was nice to say hello.

I took advantage of it being a local game and came with my three-year old girlie. We had a great time - I think the weather had a big influence on home support, even so bit poor considering the Geordie passion for football, the catchment area of NBS, decent ground and the fact that none of the premiership North East teams nor Falcons were playing that day. £7 aint a lot even in these times.

I'd say we were roughly half of the crowd. There was a function on upstairs, some sort of Indian wedding. Judging by the queues more came to that. Lol.

even so bit poor considering the Geordie passion for football,.

Considering the geordie passion for football the low turnout was about right.

Geordie passion for football, one of the biggest loads of bollocks continuously spouted in football.

Geordie fans are sh*t. FACT.

Having lived in the North East for 15 years, I don't mind saying my statement was qualified.

yes ballers but you have to remember that unless it's "the toon" it isn't worth there time of day. just because we get floating utd and city fans doesn't mean that in every city that has a premiership side that the fans will go down and watch another local side for the fun of it.

Well me and my lad Tom contributed another 2. Anyone notice on page 10 of the grossly overpriced photocopied programme costing £3 that the Altrincham 'Pen Pics' Section was written in typeface 7. You will need a magnifying glass to the power of 10 to read it. For those who do not have the programme try typing it in word in that size font and it is next to impossible. One hot dog, 2 chips one with curry £9.50 ! Nice to see GH thanking fans on way out for their efforts.

I'm not doubting your credentials for commenting. However, the point still stands.

Geordies are their own worse enemy.  They are passionate and thousands turn up to watch dross.

But they have this idea they have devine rights to success, and when they don't get it they spit the dummy out.
