severe outbreaks of resigned apathy with occasional angry outbursts turning optimistic later in the week.

never seen it so quiet after a defeat  ;D

On reflection I don't think yesterday's defeat is as bad as first thought in terms of our push for the top 5. Gainsborough, Stalybridge, Guiseley and Halifax all dropped points. At one point very soon we aren't going to be able to afford these losses but I don't think losing yesterday was the nail in the coffin some are making it out to be.
