If it isn't clee creating chances, nobody else does.  So Harrogate put two on him in the second half and we're doomed.  I don't think we need a ball winning midfielder we need a creative centre mid, like craney when he was good

Basically we have very few attacking ideas and the midfield and defence are not solid.

Reeves used to score a lot of his goals when he was one on one with the keeper. Now we play higher up the pitch those one on one situations don't appear as often and we seem to build up slowly and pass the ball through the opposition. It is giving time for the defenders to form up and get bodies behind the wall, which without creative players we cant break down.

The only problem with the defence is the midfield don't protect them the back 4 are all decent players granted as we saw last night back up poor

Last night we didnt win a second ball all night. When the ball was lost, they were first to it.

This was something me and Jolly discussed last night. Starting Buzz at home to give us the attacking threat on the left (the impetus is on us to attack at home) before tires out and bring Griffin on. Away from home start with Griffin to give the defence solidity, and bring Buzz on if required. No denying Griffin is the all round better player, but especially at home we need the good rapport that Nicky and Buzz have.
