Very reliable sources in the Noel White Suite last evening were intimating that our scheduled league fixture against Gloucester City on Saturday, 1st December 2012 is likely to be postponed.

Cheltenham Town have a televised FA Cup Second Round tie against Hereford United that is scheduled to be played at Whaddon Road on Monday, 3rd December 2012 and it appears that the FA don't want a match being played on the same pitch just two days prior to that fixture.

I'd certainly hang fire if you were thinking of booking any train tickets etc.

We not played them home yet, so switch it to ML

Probably a bit late in the day to get it switched but definitely worth a try, I would have thought (the scheduled home date is Feb 2nd).

It's only two weeks away which is not a long time in these circumstances

I assume you are suggesting that we reverse the fixtures? In that case Whaddon Road would need to be available on the original date scheduled for the game at Moss Lane, Gloucestershire Constabulary and Safety Authority would have to be agreeable. The Conference would have to sanction it, Both Clubs would have to be able to arrange transport and as both are part time and it may require an overnight, time off work on the Friday for the players
