On their website:
Half price admission to current season ticket holders of any Barclays Premier, nPower League or Blue Square Bet League side, with the exception of the given days opposition. This offer is available only on production of your season ticket at the turnstiles. This offer is available for Blue Square Bet Premier fixtures ONLY.

Does this mean that away fans are taken out of this offer and have to pay full price?

It means that you can't use your Alty season ticket to get in half price.  You could use a City or United one though.

Makes sense I guess although most people dont give themselves that problem by making it Premier and Football league season tickets only.
