Witton's style of football suited us, but all the same, we were very impressive (particularly in the first half). Every player put in a shift with Poole clearly much too good for this level. Hope Simon Richman is ok, as it didn't look too good for him. I think we might begin to like Josh Hancock after all. Much much better from Jake today too. Hope Witton do well this season. Well done to everyone today.

[One Foot in the Grave]

I thought the first half was the best team performance from us in probably the last 5 years. The subsequent reshuffle after injuries blunted us a little, but we were totally professional.

Thompson was really good today, and never looked like being beaten.

Poole was superb....a real class act.

Signing James Jones just might be the best decision of the season so far.

Sam Sheridan has to stay in the side....massive contribution in midfield.

Hope Richman and Densmore aren't out for long.

Really good first half on the attack. Both full backs getting a T**ting threw us off kilter. Fair play to PP for keeping the CB pairing and working it round them 2. Hanigann did his job at rb and lb.

Thought Witton improved 2nd half but as they were that dreadful first half it wasn't hard.

Managed the game very well for the 90 despite the worse referee we've had.

Looking forward the Saturdays FA cup tie, just hope we have 2 fit full bscks
