Listened to RR yesterday, sounded pretty much ok, after conceding, liked the way we immediately scored in reply albeit with a deflected own goal.

Think there is a lot to look forward to this season and we are looking good now. Goals coming from different areas and scorers, always a good sign but I love our new style of play. Pass the ball around and keep it moving, play through the wings and attack from the byline, where I think we are most dangerous.

Now looking forward to the Wrexham game but am on holiday in Croatia and do not return until very late evening after the Stafford game - bummer!

All in all we are looking pretty good for next season and have signed some great players with much potential. Lets see what happens but I am a lot more optimistic than even I have been in ages!!

I've seen the last 2 friendlys and have seen more football player in the 3hours than in the last 16 months.

Am looking forward to 12th August with cautious optimism.

Would imagine we'll see the probable starting day line up in the next couple of games
