Following the success of the TASC World Cup Prediction Competition during the summer, TASC are pleased to announce they will be running a similar competition based on the UEFA Champions League Group Stage matches running between the first round of matches on 16/17 September and through to the final round of qualifying matches on 9/10 December.

The competition will run on similar lines to the World Cup Competition with everyone invited to predict the correct the scores of selected Group matches on each of the 6 match days, with points for each correct home and away score and result.

Regular updates will be provided here on the Fans Forum after each Match Day

The entry fee will be £5.00 with the eventual winner picking up 20% of the total pot, 15% for second place and 10% for third place.   

Following the UEFA Champions League draw which takes place tomorrow, entry forms will be available at the weekend and at all home games up to the first group qualifying matches.

The final deadline for entries will be 15 September the day before the first matches take place on 16 September.

Anyone unable to pick up a form from the club can leave me a personal message here on the Forum along with your e mail address and I will gladly forward a copy of the entry form.

So it's Manchester City grouped with Bayern Munich, CSKA Moscow and AS Roma in Group E.

Liverpool have to face the might of defending champions Real Madrid in Group B along with FC Basel and PFC Ludogorets.

Arsenal are drawn in Group D and take on Borussia Dortmund, Galatasary and RSC Anderlecht, whilst Jose's Chelsea are drawn with Schalke, Sporting Lisbon and NK Maribor in Group G.

Time to get your thinking caps on.

Will City beat Bayern Munich home and away ?

How many goals will Ronaldho and Bale put past the Scousers ?

Can Gunners beat the Germans, Turks and Belgians at the Emirates Stadium ?

Can Nani contribute to Chelsea's downfall with Sporting Lisbon ?

Entry forms will be available shortly, once the dates of the Champions League fixtures have been finalised.
