"Last season Stalybridge Celtic's average home gate was 472 but they are following the AFC Wimbledon model of going full-time on a smallish budget, with an emphasis on youth. It can also be confirmed that Celtic intend to become a full time club in July, although it is important to put this in context. If they stick to the idea about going full-time with a team full of kids, thus not overspending, then good luck to them. Personally I don't think there's a cat's chance in hell a load of 17/18 year-olds can get you promotion because they've been training every day, but as long as the club doesn't bankrupt itself I won't be moaning, it's their business.
