Shame Connett didn't "pull out" years ago !!
Mind you if he had Vics wouldn't have a keeper !!!! ;D
-
they can borrow jake sedgemore
-
ergh the thought of that, good job i ate a while ago, i CANNOT wait until Christmas, they are going to get pasted :-)
-
I hope the games over the Christmas period are as entertaining as Boxing Day was. Two alty wins i feel
-
Nothing can be taken for granted. Any sort of form will go out of the window, but I really hope we give them a pasting!
-
I just hope there's still a green and white club for us tear apart come boxing day. I wouldn't put anything past connett, he's clearly just a selfish ego-maniac.
I can see an AFC Northwich forming in the next year or so!

Part of me thinks that "AFC Northwich" would be in the best long term interests of the club. The biggest mistake they made was building a ground that's nowhere near their fanbase. With the drivel they are being served up at the moment it would take a die hard fan to travel out to an industrial estate on a cold winter's night to watch their "local" team. Personally, I think they need to cut their losses and start again (at whatever level) with a club that is controlled by level-headed football people. No more delusions of grandeur and marinas, just a football club that is run with no other distractions in the way.
-
There, but for the grace of God, go us...?
Remember the stories of a proposed ground move for Alty circa the Gerry Berman era?
Thank goodness that the Council owned Moss Lane rather than one individual a la Connett.
-
After the last 6 weeks at alty I don't think there is anyone who would disagree when i say that we are extremely lucky to have Goodwin and Heathcote at this club.
Even with all the random comments that upset people and seemed to alienate a few of us for a short while, it really strikes home that I feel grateful to them for their actions.
Someone like connett isn't fit to clean their toilets!
