"It has been a traumatic week at Moss Lane with many more questions than answers.
Where do we go from here? I haaven't witnessed scenes like thise on Saturday for a very long time and don't wish to see them again. I believe that things have been done and said from both the management/board and the supporters which we should all regret. When you consider we all support the football club and we want the very best for it you must take a step back, re-evaluate what we want but never forget that we should be there to support the 11 players out on the filed no matter who the manager is or whoever runs the club,
I must personally apologise for two outbursts on Saturday - the people involved will know who tehy are. I should not have lost my rag but emotions are running high at the moment and people must realise that pressure gets to us all. We need to focus our energies on getting over the problems - no problem is insurmountable, they just sometimes seem it!"
He goes on to talk about how he has reflected on his position, that he enjoys it and wants to keep it out of love for the club but will step aside if it is in the club's best interest.
