Scored 5 in 7 games for Lincoln, fee was £110k apparently.

He scored all 4 v Southport, a team to whom he was on loan last season after being with us.

In his interview in the NLP he mentioned he'd had a hip operation at the end of the season, which may partly have explained why he was so lazy for us...

I think we all knew Margetts had quality didn't we? Come on. He's like a younger Reeves.

Anyone would have struggled to get themselves motivated to play for us last season (even our longest servants, most of whom have now long since been canned).

Well, yes, we could send them for the appropriate operation at the appropriate times instead of running them into the ground and ruining their careers but anyway...
