A mate of mine, who lives in Alsager, stated half the team have walked out over pay problems. They are asking for sunday league players to help them put a team out! Interesting for next week.
-
Walked out before a Cup Semi final against a Conference giant....they must be mad.
Why ruin one of the best days of your life over money.
-
surely not??

During the HT of city/notts I watched alsager play 2 league games from this year, and one from a previous season and they looked awful to begin with, I dread to think if this is true what it'll be like....
I'm sure with a week to go until the game it'll be sorted PLEASE don't let the game be cancelled and moved to another Tuesday night....
-
IF this is correct, then unless they put a team out next week then logic says we get a bye into the final. I feel sorry from ATFC if this correct but we don't need this sort of nonsense at this stage of a relegation scrap.

They play tommorow night which will say a lot
(also they haven't played since 15th January too)

Neil Gill Alsager Town F.C. first team manager and his assistant John Neild have both resigned to take effect immediatley.
They both feel that the current position the club is in and the involvement of Biddulph Vics' and their proposal that they cannot continue.
They tendered their resignations today and were accepted by acting chairman Mr. M. Cross.
