Only talking about Shaw's performance with Alan B at half time on Saturday. My mate was on the line that day and I went as his guest and he'd obviously warned me before the game as to what a prat Shaw was. He actually arrived about half an hour after he should have done and arrogantly dismissed it but the most puzzling thing of all was that he said to his old fella when he went to get changed, "if there's any trouble after the game I'll see you at the car". It struck me as really strange at the time as there was no history between the clubs and it wasn't expected to be a battle or anything.

Are Tranmere being a bit tight or what?! Ryan Shotton given permission to play in the F A Cup for them and yet they won't give us permission to play Luke Waterfall. Come on guys play fair!!!!!!!!!!

As a regular gig goer too many to mention but for all the old progressive rock boys, Genesis at Cheadle Hulme Youth Club in November or December 1970!!!!!!!! If you check out their gig history on the web it was about the fourth gig they ever played (it is actually down as Cheadle Socail Club) and I think it was certainly the first one up North. Collins wasn't with them but Gabriel and others were and they ended up staying at a mate's house in Buxton!!

I see Vics have asked Woodley to move their CSC game back a week.........hope we are going to do the same so we don't lose a league fixture!

Was looking at this yesterday and one of them used to play for a local team when GB was manager........he also has a throw-in that makes Lewis's look like a girl's!!!!!!!!!!He's even got a few years on Tinno!!!
