Actually are crowds are growing whilst yours are dwindling. Average higher now than last time we were actually good. So if we come good this season then we could well match your 1600.

P.s. All these big league clubs like you who bring 200+ away have helped a lot. So thanks for helping us attract such great players, your money is welcomed and we look forward to being patronised by you at moss lane later in the season!

I've been doing it for over 40 years - in fact since Felix Reilly and his (to quote your good selves) "Northwich Victorious" came to Alty after a great opening to the season and got a good Banjoing at ML! 
Needless to say they finished well below us in the league that season - just like they will do this time around.
