Sinnott interview..

with John Edwards on John Laidlar's site. Its an excellent interview with the following:

"I have been given a good budget,"

and

"JE: You live in Hull, Lee. Does that give us a better chance of keeping some of the Yorkshire lads?

LS: It doesn't make any difference to me where the players are from. Maybe it would if we were full time, but not when we are only training a couple of times a week. The key is getting the right players. Of course, I know the players you are talking about, and I have also worked before with Damian Reeves, at Farsley and when he was at Leeds United's academy."

Oi ! leave my birthplace alone ! As a proud Kingstonian I have to say that Hull gets a very unfair press. Just imagine you had to live in Fleetwood......................

I'm pleased to see in the interview that he confirms the exact words I used in another thread earlier as to where he'd been for two years - recharging his batteries.

Hell, Hull and Halifax ... At least my sister-in-law & her family have the good fortune to come from Beverley!

I lived there for a few years and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Still have some very good friends there.

Great interview. I like the fact he plans to be here long term. After the recent instability it will be great to have stability back

What a superb interview that is.

Brilliant positive attitude....none of this "we'll see what we can do on the money we have" bollocks.

Aim high...good man.
