I agree with Phil....this is tragic news indeed for a lovely club.

I propose the occasion is marked with a minutes laughter.

Does this mean that we have to alter the karma setting from "Peake" to "Saunders" for next season ?

You lot on here constantly surprise me. I was convinced a fighting fund would have been set up and donations from AFC fans forum would have 'Peaked' very quickly.
This one really hits the nail on the head.
Should we have a special 'Peake Flag Day'?

My wife has a very apt stock phrase for these occasions "What goes around comes around"

Hopefully we will put a nail in their coffin by getting 3 points next Saturday

when will clubs learn the only way is the alty way we might not win the league but at least we pay the bills. HM Customs and excise should sponsor the conference

You could argue that for a number of clubs they already do !

Looks like the taxman has had enough and is now keeping a very close eye on things as far as payments are concerned

HMRC previously had special status, so they would be one of the first in line, alongside football creditors.

This changed a few years ago, and the HMRC have been a little pissed. They obviously want as much money as possible, and now take action at a much earlier stage. Otherwise, they would have to sit in the queue alongside all other unsecured creditors.

As for FGR, hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

as for saturday. Banners, flags, songs, the lot to make them squirm. Hope we will be able to send them down soon.
