The second goal for Hyde, the only goal vs FGR, goals vs Eastbourne at home, the first vs VM... All half chances where the striker took a chance and it paid off. We seem to try and walk it in the net or need a few clear cut chances before we can score. Anybody who went to Kiddy away last season will remember Wes Baynes scoring because he had a shot and it went through a crowd and found the back of the net.
If we took the half chances or even the clear chances we'd be pushing top 5!

gotta love Wes Baynes.

Yes , we were shooting on sight in pre season , whats happened

Like clee said 'what can we do with strikes like that'? 'Another nearly game',
Well we clearly haven't got Spencers quality at the club and they are top, however there's no reason why we can't get points from most of the coming games and get right up there for Christmas, come on alty!!!

I wasnt at the game yesterday so will not comment on it (obviously) but I have been saying for ages that we should shoot more often, especially Nicky Clee. Brown also has a good shot on him and I reckon he should take a some of the direct free kicks.

We had a fair few free kicks and corners yesterday and apart from a quality delivery for the goal, the rest were poor, perhaps the manager should shake things up with regards to a change in the set play takers. Also given the chances we missed our luck must start to change, Spencer had two chances and netted twice! The match overall was entertaining but we deserved at least a share of the points but I'm sure well bag some wins shortly.

Sean Densmore scored with a well-worked free-kick at Vauxhall, yet when we had a kick in a similar position midway through the first-half at Hyde Nicky Clee took it. Why change a winning formula?
