Title: Woking
Post by: Sarf London Alty on December 01, 2014, 09:16:13 AM
So, onto the most enigmatically scheduled Tuesday night game since the time there was a power cut at Grays.

Fair play to anyone from Alty who actually makes it down for this one.  Speaking to Mr Jolly on the way out on Saturday he mentioned there might be a handful. Not bad for London Alty mind, Woking always had a lot more going for it as an away day than the dreadful Crawley and Stevenage.

I see they are right up there and spanked us at home too obvs but Dartford and Telford have both taken points from Kingfield this season so it can be done. I think it's a big ask though and can see us going down 2-1.

The southern exiles need to turn out in force for this one on Tuesday night. Logistically impossible for myself and I presume many others. I would love to attend this fixture but have an iffy car, and a meeting at 8:30 on weds morning. Fair play to those travelling from here, but hopefully the exiles will do there bit!

This Southern Exile will be there - although with some trepidation, given his last two league outings were Kidderminster and Barnet away, and last game overall Blyth.

But given this is the nearest game to home this season (unless we are away Maidenhead in the Trophy) I would need a good reason for not going

If I'd managed to get the week off it would have been my best chance to see Alty!

I wonder - I do, I do - what is it exactly that has brought me into our Woking office today!

This was the last game of the season I expected to be attending but I've conveniently got a uni interview in London tomorrow so coming down today for the game as well.  :)

I can see it being a 0-0 draw. No idea why.
