Was great today, seems to be finding his feet really quickly at this level, superb goal and lots of confidence considering he'd hit a similar one at the keeper just mins earlier

There's no 'h'...
Maybe we're confusing him with Neil Whatmore (with an H) who was a decent striker for Bolton some years ago.

We should give him his correct spelling - wat more could the lad ask for ?

And his finish was absolutely top drawer.

He was a joy to watch today and I'm so pleased we have him for next year.

His goal was first class and worth £13 alone and his close control was excellent.

I love the fact he just gets the ball and runs at people.  A real bright spot of the season...

I had the pleasure to speak to george last night, and it's nice to hear how his hard work is paying off getting players into the squad/signed on and he's got a few future gems

Watmore's goal brought a tear to my eye.

That anyone is still considering a future for Twiss is nonsensical, although to be fair judging by his recent teams selections LS does not appear to be one of them.

The first (and hopefully by no means last) product we have seen from the 'rebranding' of Hale Barns United to become Altrincham Juniors. Lets hope he can pick up next season where he left off

No, in that he neither lives in Altrincham nor has been regular at games.  But Altrincham is the closest decent level club to his house (or at least equidistant with Macc, but who would ever want to play for that?!) - I know this since I live about 5 minutes away from him!

He was born in Altrincham and lived his first few years there and went to his first game of any sort at Alty aged 4.

That's the kind of thing I like to see.  Congrats to his family for having such damn good taste.

A real ray of hope for next season and beyond. Really pleased to see Duncan make the step up and I think there's much more to come yet.
