I'm not trying to spark a debate about sacking him, just to be clear. Every away game I've been to this season he has walked off to the tunnel without even acknowledging us at full-time. Our support was absolutely superb yesterday and some, perhaps most will think this is pointless to point out but this annoyed me.

Your life must be perfect if this annoys you? Its just his way I guess, he has a methodical approach to the game which is why he doesn't go mental when we score. Its better than a manager doing v and wanker signs at us no who was that again?

I've spent many a year in the vicinity of the benches at home games and I have to say that Lee Sinnott is the most focussed Manager I've seen in our dugout in all that time.

Personally I'd rather that than some of his predecessors who seemed at least as keen to interact with spectators as they did to even watch the game

I agree it doesn't take much energy and effort to raise your hands to clap the fans. He's an enigma to me.

Paul Dickov always goes to away fans and will often go and chat to the away fans after games

 He shook the hands of each of Oldham's travelling fans at Hartlepool last midweek

This is one thing I do miss about having a manager who does come over to the fans. Under both GH and Kenny when we got massive results (for example Darlo and Grimsby last year) everyone came over to the support and you could see how much it meant to everyone. It made it feel like we were all in it together. It all feels a little distant currently. It would also be nice if he attended some of the club events like the new recruits events, rather than just leaving it to Tols. He was actually quite engaging when he did the meet the manager session at the start of the season.

However I do take Phils point about Lee's methodical and focussed nature.

Couldn't agree more.

In my opinion, Lee still seems very distant from the fans (and possibly the players).

As much as i would love to see him embrace the club, I can't see him hosting the new recruits evening any time soon.
