Hawes leaves

Central defender Adrian Hawes, who was loaned to Altrincham from Alfreton Town, has returned to his parent club. During his loan spell Adie made 10 starts for the club, scoring one goal. ALtrincham FC would like to thank him for his service to the club and wish him well back at Alfreton.

If we could've just brought him on for corners like they used to in Hockey.

Good luck at Alfreton getting in at centre half ahead of Adam Quinn and Greg Young.

He never convinced me that he was good enough If he cant get into an Alfreton team that has shipped as many goals as we have scored then it never was going to bode well.
