Success in business is not about only money. Management skills and communication and organisation are key and the mob at the top of AFC seem to have few of these. Passion also counts!

Boycot is not the answer Rowley can just then stay in his shell. Turn up and verbally tell what we think of his business skills. He is a coward and cant deal with confrontation.

As previous Rowley is Teflon! He hides, not accountable and has no balls. If I ran my business like this I would go bust. Sorry the book stops with Rowley. It just makes me cry

Why worry Grahame Rowley never reads any of them as he doesnt care what the fans think, only his precious community club.

What is the point in starting posts on key issues when everyone gives up.  Obviuosly most fans think it is OK for us to be relegated! It hurts me  to see the passion drain out of AFC.

Sorry the buck stops at the top. Rowley has made mistake after mistake, if I did that in my business I would be bust.  He hides behind community banner. Cries wolf when confronted he never answers emails and avoids social media. We've given previous Chairman criticism but they have always stood up and been counted. The Board and no one else are responsible for where we are. He should man up and go!

Surely it is about managing a Football Club as Chairman that matters? The rest comes after a succesful club.

Noel White and others had football in thier blood the rest although important came 2nd

I would turn the legs into paper pulp, flush it and hope Young drowned with it and Rowley Polley. Who may could then start a mini community hall project !

Just read Chairmans community hall interview!

Now I understand

Surely we are a football club first

Having supported the club for nearly 40 years put £1,000's in and hours of time I think this chairman has lost the plot.

Surely the team on the pitch is all that matters

All these posts are irrelevant if Young stays as manager, please let's all focus on getting him removed.

It is clear to everyone that Young talked the talked but is cluless. He has a record of failure. Don't  undertand why he was appointed. All the fans can do is put as much pressure possible on the Board to act. I shall be whilst supporting those players that  are commited we have to make our views heard. If Young is in place there has to be a mass walk out at Kidderminster

I agree we have to keep pushing this Board seem to ignore the fans more interested in the community. If it takes an empty ground to make them act then that maybe the answer. Steve Burr may well be the answer at least he's honest

If the Chairman supports Neil then the fans will turn on him, this not the first error of judgement he's made
